At InfoComm 2026 earlier this month (Booth C9700, June 17–19, Las Vegas), we unveiled our new partner portal, giving integrators, installers, and resellers direct control over how commercial music deployments are configured, managed, and scaled. The new self-service platform enables partners to manage devices, users, and multi-location audio environments from a single interface.
The Custom Channels Partner Portal represents the next evolution of Custom Channels Pro, delivering a fully featured, self-service content management system designed specifically for partners. Through a single interface, users can manage device inventory, deploy and redeploy players across locations, monitor connectivity, control playlists, and configure user and customer access—all without relying on external coordination or support.
